No Transfer of Rights

No Guarantee of Results

Severability
If any provision becomes invalid, the remainder of the Agreement stays effective.
Dispute Resolution
Negotiation
Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
Arbitration
If negotiation fails, final and binding arbitration will settle disputes under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Sole Arbitrator Adv. Nitya Khurana.
- A 15-day notice must precede arbitration.
- Costs will be shared equally.
- Awards are final and binding.
Governing Law & Class Action Waiver
This Agreement follows the laws of India, specifically Goa. Claims must be brought individually, not as class or representative actions. Courts in Goa hold jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: This document supersedes all prior agreements.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights.
- Force Majeure: Neither party bears responsibility for delays caused by events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, war, outages).
Overriding Clause
If this Agreement conflicts with other Buy unity source code site policies, this Agreement prevails in the conflicting area
